In this session, we will cover some agile development practices and how they provide real value to a team. Additionally we'll talk about how to convince management that agile development is the right way to go. Lastly, for those who haven't had success in converting a team, we'll see how to apply many of the practices in your work while still adhering to the team and/or corporate procedures. |
